The proposals shall include all labor and equipment for tree trimming along 44 circuit miles of existing overhead electric lines. All brush shall be chipped and hauled to the Citys Landscape Waste Facility, 1401 Austin Street. First proposal will be four (4) consecutive years of Tree Trimming at approximately 11 miles per year. Second proposal will be four (4) consecutive years of Tree Trimming at approximately 11 miles per year with a ifth (5th) year of trimming the entire 44 miles. The Contractor shall be required to furnish all labor, use of tools, and use of his equipment as required for the completion of the project. The successful bidder will be required to: Request bid documents, effectively establishing them as a registered bidder for this project. Furnish in duplicate the following executed documents: # Non-Collusion Afidavit # Bid Form # And any other documents as required by the speciications. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids without the consent of the City for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of closing proposals. The said City of Flora, Illinois reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding.
