B.Government anticipates up to 3 awards. This acquisition is a Small Business Set-Aside to firm's capable of responding to Fairchild AFB within two (2) to three (3) hours.
C.All questions must be submitted NLT seven (7) days prior to RFP closing date.
D.Project Performance Period: One (1) five (5) year ordering period will be included in this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract. Period of Performance dates are subject to
revision upon date of award.

F.Bid Bond required-see Section I, FAR 52.228-1 & Section H, Para 1.19. Bonding Capacity: $250,000.00.

H.Guaranteed minimum amount will be met via contractor's participation in Seminar Orientation for $500.00. Total aggregate maximum amount expendable under all ETOC contracts
awarded shall not exceed $2.5 million (See Section H).
I.Pre-Proposal conference will be held 16 March 2023, 09:00 A.M. (Pacific Time), to include Seed Project site visit.
J.Sections K, L, and M will not be part of any resultant contract.
K.Past Performance is due by 05 April 2023 at 10:00 A.M. (Pacific Time)
L.Magnitude of Seed Project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
