Renovation of an educational facility in Burnaby, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The MCH Residence renewal project consists of two phases: The Phase 1 Roof Replacement Project and the Phase 2 Vertical Envelope Project. The Phase 1 project was completed in 2021.The scope of work defined in this RFP at Phase 2 is comprised of: replacement of the vertical building envelope on all sides of the building; new HRV system installation on roof; new garbage area enclosure; as well as other interior architectural works integrated in the envelope system.
