Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Selkirk, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing ("Owner") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for an exterior refresh and site upgrade as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work"). CPPD requires the services of a Contractor for exterior refresh and site upgrade at 312 Sophia Street Selkirk, Manitoba. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, windows, doors, site grading for positive slope around buildings, parking lot surface & curb repair, walk ways, tree management, storage sheds, and overland site drainage. Work site location will be fully occupied during construction. Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials, or other representatives of Manitoba or CPPD other than the RFP Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFP. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the proponent and the rejection of the proponent's proposal. Proponents are not entitled to rely on information received from CPPD, the Owner's representatives or other third parties at the Site Visit unless the RFP Contact has provided the information in writing. Deadline for questions January 4, 2023. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca CPPD will only address questions that were sent to this email address. Deadline for registration is November 29, 2022 at 2:00 PM Local Time. Attendance at the site visit will be confirmed and recorded. Proponents are not entitled to rely on information received from CPPD, the Owner's representatives or other third parties at the Site Visit unless the RFP Contact has provided the information in writing.
