Furnish and deliv- ery three (3) Vertical hollow-shaft motors to the City of Lufkin, Texas Water Well Pumps. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or to reject any or all bids. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. Cash currency is not acceptable as bid surety and is not to be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. No Bidder may with- draw his Bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the bid opening.
