Renovation of a municipal facility in Red Deer, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 Painting of surfaces within scope areas including but not limited to walls, ceilings, doors, door frames, window frames, stair rails and metal stringers, metal ceilings both flat and corrugated, and some outdoor areas, as shown on drawings. .2 Fixing tile base throughout renovation areas. .3 Replacing signage. .4 Replacing carpet tile flooring with new rubber flooring. .5 Replacing rubber base with new. .6 Replacing sheet flooring with new in locations shown on drawings. .7 Replacing sections of tile base with new metal panels to match existing. .8 Applying new polyurethane floor and base in the kitchen areas. .9 Cleaning existing quarry tile floors in areas show on drawings. Hire cleaning professionals as part of contractor scope. .10 Rental and install of a mobile kitchen trailer as described in the Cash Allowances. Owner requires that all interested parties sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in order to access the plans and specs for this project.
