Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Vance, Alabama. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a 720-square-foot municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Scope of work includes 720 SF wood frame office addition to existing open bay shop building. A certified check payable to the order of the Town of Vance, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety company in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid, but not to exceed $10,000.00, must be submitted with each Bid. All Bidders must be properly licensed Alabama General Contractors. The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all Bids or to waive any informalities in the Bidding. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
