Site work for a water / sewer project in Taylor Lake Village, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Refurbish Pier and Construct Floating Kayak Dock Any questions or requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via EMAIL to the following address - city_secretary@tlv-tx.us at least 3 business days prior to the deadline. City may, if appropriate, circulate the question and answer to all service providers submitted proposals The City of Taylor Lake Village has a park that backs up to Taylor Lake. There is an existing pier that needs to be refurbished and all removed lumber removed from site. Currently the boards run length wise down the pier and we would like them to run widthwise, in standard pier fashion using boards treated for pier use. The vertical pilings do not need to be replaced; it just requires new decking. We would also like to add a floating dock at the end of the pier. This would be used for launching kayaks and other small crafts. The floating dock should be a platform approximately 8 foot wide by 10 foot long. The pier is "L" shaped with the long section being 190 linear feet, the short section being 40 linear feet and the approximate width being 6 feet wide. The Contract is expected to be awarded at the December 7, 2022 City Council meeting or soon thereafter as practical. The City of Taylor Lake Village reserves the right to reject any and all applications as the best interests of the City dictate
