The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. The benefits to the vendors include not having to send their staff to the City to submit a proposal or bid, respond to bid opportunities securely over the internet, automatic addendum notification and acknowledgments, and secure eBidding - including line itemization, calculation with net terms, etc. The City incurs a cost to utilize electronically to provide this online service for the convenience of all our potential and existing vendors and therefore imposes a small service fee to recoup its cost which is $20 for professional services work and request for quotes while imposing a cost recover fee of $60, $81 and $100 for various sizes of public works construction related projects.
