The City of Carlsbad is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide preventative maintenance and troubleshooting services on the HVAC equipment serving all city owned facilities The agreement is anticipated to be for a two (2) year term with up to three (3) additional one-year optional extensions. The city requires the selected contractor to sign a contract. A sample contract is attached which includes the scope of services. Bidders must consider the terms and conditions in the sample contract to be part of the proposal. Please read the insurance requirements and general provisions carefully.
