Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and 6,000-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.

We have a new project out to bid that we thought you might be interested in. The City of Raleigh is constructing a new 6,000 sf community garden at Barwell Road Park in SE Raleigh. The community garden will be adjacent to the newly built playground. General scope of the project: Tree clearing Earthwork Concrete sidewalk Asphalt paving / parking spaces / RoW work Water line connection Fencing Landscaping There will NOT be a pre-bid meeting. You are welcome to visit the site any time during daylight hours. The dates for the addendum and bid opening are included in the project manual. The project plans and manual are attached. A Geotech report was prepared as part of the adjacent playground project and is included in the project manual for reference only. Be advised that the community garden area may not be specifically covered by the report. Please reach out with any questions. Questions will be received ONLY in written form.
