Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Shelbyville, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**Project was awarded to Chuck Johnson, Inc. and Shelby Gravel, Inc. but award amount was not confirmed. The City of Shelbyville, Indiana invites bids for the following: 1) Aggregates and concrete 2) Curb and gutter repair, including flat concrete work 3) Adjusting manhole castings to grade and rebuilding manholes 4) Equipment and labor rates for use of City departments on small projects or emergencies. The Board of Public Works and Safety reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Successful bidder shall show proof of insurance with their bid. A bid bond in the amount of $2,000.00 will be required to accompany all bids. Successful bidders on curb, gutter, concrete work and equipment and labor rates shall furnish to the City of Shelbyville a $5,000.00 performance bond when contract is signed. All bids shall be submitted on forms prescribed by the State Board of Accounts and they shall be accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit.
