**REVISED** The need has arisen to pursue value engineering options for the Phase 3 RLA Renovation project to get within budget. Subsequently, Halfacre is requesting a revised bid based on a scenario that all work will be completed during normal business hours to a vacant building. The first floor, second floor, and the annex building will be completely vacant during construction eliminating the need for shift work, phased scheduling and noise reduction constraints. The scope of work for each bid item will remain the same. It is anticipated that the resulting construction schedule will now be 12 months in duration versus the 24 months as originally anticipated.
