Engineer's Estimated Cost: $600,000 to $630,000 Liquidated Damages: $500.00 Per Calendar Day The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, more specifically described as demolition, grading, asphalt paving, curb and gutter, sidewalk, driveways, landscaping/irrigation, wall and fence construction on County Line road between Calimesa Boulevard and 4th Street, per the Contract Documents. The work is within the jurisdiction of both City of Calimesa and the City of Yucaipa. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids. Actual quantities of Work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the City Engineer.
