Parks Canada requires a contractor to complete demolition and rehabilitation of the existing HVAC system in the Lake Louise Visitors Center (LLVC). The scope of work includes demolishing and replacing the existing boilers, pumps, fans, AHU, piping, Pneumatic control system, and all other auxiliary equipment required to completely update the LLVC HVAC system. To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $500,001 > $ 1,000,000, Taxes extra.
