Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Concan, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
All requests, questions, or other communications about this Solicitation shall be made in writing to TPWD's Infrastructure Division, addressed to the following person: Kelly S. Hamby, State Parks Division Purchaser, Texas Parks & Wildlife Department Email: kelly.hamby@tpwd.texas.gov. Bids exceeding $25,000 shall be accompanied by a bid security in the form of an original bid bond, certified and/or cashier's check (on a solvent bank in the State of Texas) drawn to the order of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, in the sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. No other form of security will be accepted. If the total contract price exceeds $25,000.00, a Payment Bond must be furnished by the successful Contractor. All bonds submitted shall be the original form bearing original signatures and seal using Attachment F - Bond Form. TPWD reserves the right to waive informalities and minor irregularities in bids received. TPWD reserves the right to issue addenda at any time prior to the bid opening. Receipt of all addenda to this IFB shall be acknowledged by returning a signed copy of the signature page of each addendum with the response. Bidder's failure to acknowledge receipt of addenda may result in rejection of its bid. TPWD reserves the right to solicit any service that would normally be performed using this Contract if it deems that by doing so would be in the best interest of the State of Texas.
