Reference number : 1666274 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-12-05 Electronic bid submission accepted: No Estimated contract duration without options (in month): 12 The Center de services scolaire des Chenes (hereinafter the "Centre de services scolaire") wishes to obtain tenders in a sealed envelope to retain the services of Contractors for various construction work on request, consisting in particular in the following areas: Carpentry; Replacement of ceiling tiles; Installation of doors; Installation of frames; Development of interior premises; Management of subcontractors appointed by the Contractor, if applicable. The duration of the contract is one year, from January 1 , 2023 to December 31, 2023. The School Services Center estimates its annual needs at three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000). The School Service Center reserves the right to call for tenders or another mode of solicitation, depending on the scope of the work to be done and if the estimated amount exceeds the sum of ten thousand dollars ( $10,000 ). It is possible that the School Service Center will ask the supplier for a fixed price for carrying out certain mandates, the content and scope of which are clearly defined. The School Service Center is not committed to reaching this amount and cannot be held responsible in the event that its needs exceed or fall below this estimate. When several bidders are selected by the School Service Centre, the construction work requests are awarded to the one who submitted the lowest price. When the latter is unable to follow up on the request, the School Service Center may make a request to the other bidders, according to their respective rank for the price submitted.
