S.P. 1007-22 (TH 25 = 025) For the furnishing of all labor and materials and all else necessary for: Highway 20/25 Intersection Project S.P. 1007-22 S.A.P. 010-620-016 Work to be performed consists of the furnishing of all materials, equipment, labor and supplies to complete the work as shown on the plans and specifications on file with the Carver County Engineer's Office, Public Works Division, 11360 Highway 212, Suite 1, Cologne, MN 553228016. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bidder's bond naming Carver County as oblige, certified check payable to the Carver County Treasurer or a cash deposit equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, which shall be forfeited to the County in the event that the bidder fails to enter into a contract.
