City of New London - Multiple Buildings Roof Replacement Project - Nine (9) Buildings IRS Job# 18011 You are hereby invited to bid on a roofing replacement project utilizing asphalt shingle roofing on multiple municipal buildings, approximately 1 story in height. The project encompasses approximately 37,000 square feet. The Work is to be started in Spring 2023, and shall be completed within the timeframe submitted on the Bid Form. Bidders are encouraged to visit to the project sites to view existing conditions. To do so, please notify Dave Angove at 414-477-4520 or davea@irsroof.com prior to your visit. Bids shall be on a lump-sum basis; unit pricing and a time & material (T&M) rate shall be submitted for the repair of latent defects. Qualified bidders will be provided access to the Bidding Documents via the Consultants Website. If you have any questions, please call Industrial Roofing Services, Inc. at (800) 236-3477. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities in the bidding and to reject any and all proposals, parts of any and all proposals or to waive technical errors or omissions in submitted proposals. No submitted bid may be withdrawn until a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date, without written consent of the Owner.
