Through properly qualified, experienced, and credentialed professional personnel, develop and produce a site plan, attain City's approval of the site plan, and perform all requisite work activities and functions necessary to accomplish the site plan, as approved by the City. 2. Provide a comprehensive Project Plan to the City and subject to its approval, which shall include: A. Detailed work performance timeline(s) and specifies key project milestones and completion dates. B. Detailed work performance cost & expense itemization, sum of which shall not exceed total bid price and with all remaining sums, if any, fully rebated to the City. 3. Furnish and professionally install, in accordance with manufacturer's (s') installation instructions, recommendations, and/or guidelines, new / unused playground and amenity equipment, features, and related items as specified herein, or equivalent acceptable to and approved by the City, as follows: A. GameTime Vista Adventure Course Model 4, or acceptable equal, inclusive of all necessary components and safety features and materials to assure compliance with all applicable standards and regulations (i.e., safety and otherwise). B. GameTime Vista Sky Tower, Model 9, or acceptable equal, inclusive of platforms, climbing elements, and all necessary components and safety features and materials to assure adequate, appropriate, and proper anchoring and structural integrity, as well as compliance with all applicable standards and regulations pertaining to elevated play structures (i.e., safety and otherwise). C. GameTime Merry-Go-All Carousel, or acceptable equal, inclusive of handrails, seating, and all necessary components and safety features and materials to assure adequate, appropriate, and proper anchoring and structural integrity, as well as compliance with all applicable standards and regulations pertaining to merry-gorounds/carousel play-structures (i.e., safety and otherwise). D. Six (6) Swings with appropriate seating, chains, and hangers and consisting of the following GameTime models/products, or acceptable equal(s), properly spaced and inclusive of safety surfacing beneath the swings and safety features and materials to assure compliance with all applicable standards and regulations pertaining to swings (i.e., safety and otherwise): I. One (1) Zero G 5-12 Seat Package. II. One (1) Zero G 2-5 Seat Package. III. Two (2) Enclosed Tot Seat Packages. IV. Two (2) Belt Seat Packages. E. Four (4) new six-foot (6') GameTime P/S ("Tuffclad") Benches with backs, or acceptable equal, placed strategically throughout the playground area to facilitate adult observation / supervision of play activity, securely anchored and designed for outdoor use, fabricated of durable and weather-resistant materials and inclusive of all necessary components and safety features and materials to assure adequate, appropriate, and proper anchoring and structural integrity, as well as compliance with all applicable and relevant standards and regulations (i.e., safety and otherwise). F. Engineered Wood Fiber ("EWF") safety surfacing, including adequate, appropriate and proper playground area surface preparation, site grading and drainage to prevent water accumulation, to achieve minimum twelve inch (12") compacted depth and compliance with all applicable and relevant standards and regulations related to playground surfacing (i.e., safety and otherwise). G. Develop/design, produce, furnish and install adequate and appropriate signage for display on all playground equipment acceptable to and approved by the City, indicating safety rules, usage guidelines, and age-appropriateness of equipment for use. Each piece of playground equipment shall have this type of signage permanently installed/affixed, which shall be readily seen, read and understandable and which shall also display contact information for reporting maintenance issues and emergencies. H. Complete installation of all equipment, features, related accessories, and components, and inclusive of any and all preparations to assure complete and full compliance of the entire Austinburg Park Playground Redevelopment project I full compliance with all appl'icable and relevant regulations and/or standards pertaining to safety, including but not limited to American Society for Testing and Materials ("ASTM"), Consumer Product Safety Commission ("CPSC), and Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), and including routine/periodic inspections during project performance and a final inspection conducted jointly with designated City representative(s) certifying compliance, to which the City's final acceptance of project performance shall be subject.
