The City of Virginia Beach, Virginia will receive sealed bids/proposals from qualified firms to furnish the goods and/or services identified in the specifications document. The Primary purpose of this project is to provide visually secure parking lots by enclosing them with: A continuous 8 tall non-climbable / opaque pre-finished steel fencing system (and associated automated gate systems) surrounding 3 separate parking areas of building known as Building 10 / Judicial Center. Bid Bond Yes THE CITY OF VIRGINIA BEACH RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS/PROPOSALS IN WHOLE OR IN PART AND TO WAVE ANY INFORMALITIES IN THE BID/PROPOSAL PROCESS AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ENTER INTO ANY CONTRACT DEEMED TO BE IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CITY.
