For Polished Concrete Flooring PROPOSAL OPENING 1) Each Vendor MUST submit a completed response to this solicitation using the forms provided. The use of any other forms will be grounds for the dismissal of the response. 2) All BIDS must be opened at a predetermined time and location, via video conferencing as negotiated and scheduled by the Purchasing Department. There will be NO in person solicitation opening. 3) The Date, Time and Login to the solicitation opening will be posted on the District website no more than 48 hours prior to the time of the Opening. https://www.pcssd.org/page/purchasing 4) Solicitation Openings and any necessary pre-bid meetings will be held via Zoom, Google Meets or any other video conferencing platform deemed acceptable by the District. In-person, open meetings will not be held during the COVID-19 pandemic due to the general concern of the wellbeing of District personnel, students and vendors. 5) No photographs and/or display of information will be allowed. NO copies of any information received will be made.
