Sealed proposals for furnishing materials required in the maintenance of Crawford County Section 23-00000-00-GM, sealed proposals for furnishing materials required in the 2023 maintenance of Honey Creek Road District, Hutsonville Road District, Lamotte Road District, Licking Road District, Martin Road District, Montgomery Road District, Oblong Road District, Prairie Road District, Robinson Road District, and Southwest Road District Unit prices for each item shown in the schedule of prices is to be based on delivery as follows: A. Aggregate to be delivered F.O.B. trucks at delivery point except aggregate items as specified shall be stockpiled. All proposals shall be made on forms furnished by the County which may be obtained at the office of the County Engineer and are to be enclosed in an envelope endorsed, "Material Proposal". Crawford County, in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that the contracts entered into pursuant to this advertisement will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder without discrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin. It will be necessary to enclose a Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or bank draft for not less than 5% of the amount of the bid, or according to the schedule as provided in the Notice of Material Letting.
