PREQUALIFIED firms only. Provide the supply of labour, equipment and materials for the renovation of areas at the Toronto Water Dee Avenue Laboratory facility. Dee Avenue Laboratory Renovation as follows: The high level scope of work includes the following: Selective demolition, removal and disposal of existing building elements and exterior finishes. Demolition, removal and disposal of existing mechanical systems. Demolition, removal and disposal of existing electrical systems. Demolition, removal and disposal of concrete material. Construction of new metal stair enclosure. Supply and installation of new grating platform with stair. Supply and installation of new drywall partitions. Supply and installation of new Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) system. Supply and installation of new electrical systems. Supply and installation of new life safety systems Supply and installation of laboratory furniture and millwork Installation of pre-purchased equipment and specialty items. Full site restorations in areas of construction, full restorations to any site area made available to the contractor to facilitate construction activities.
