proposals for general architectural services for the School District, including life-safety issues and maintenance projects on an as-needed basis. Should a satisfactory relationship be established with the selected irm, that irm may be utilized for additional projects. All interested parties or irms should submit a letter of interest to the School District with regard to providing architectural services for this project. In addition to the letter of interest, the party or irm should submit any of the following applicable materials and supporting documents: (1) information about the party's or irm's qualiications to provide architectural services to the School District, including related overview and background of the party or irm; (2) information regarding the personnel who will work on the School District's project if selected for this project, including professional qualiications and background of these individuals; (3) description of and information regarding prior experience in working with school districts and other units of local government; (4) description of and information regarding work on prior projects similar to the School District's project described above; and (5) description of and information regarding current and ongoing projects not otherwise described in a response to the previous items. As determined by the Board of Education for the School District, certain interested parties and irms will be asked to make a presentation to the Board of Education addressing and highlighting the party's or irm's qualiications, experience, and other supporting information as described above during the School District's selection process. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
