Object of the contract 1.1 The OMHM issues a public call for tenders for work on request to replace gas heating equipment. 1.2 The contract is to render the services and perform all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without limitation, the SUPPLIER shall provide services for on-demand work to replace gas heating equipment. 2. Initial duration of the contract 2.1 Subject to the conditions mentioned in the tender documents, the contract covers the period from March 1 , 2023 to February 28, 2026 . 3. Contract renewal 3.1 Upon written notice from the OMHM to the SUPPLIER, this contract may be renewed for a period of twelve (12) months, at the discretion of the OMHM. 3.2 At the end of the renewal period, this contract may be renewed for a second period of twelve (12) months, at the discretion of the OMHM. 3.3 Any renewal of the contract agreed with the SUPPLIER must comply with all the conditions of this contract.
