Renovation of a fire / police facility in Schuylerville, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Quaker Springs Fire District #1, is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for a painting project. Work involves sanding, cleaning, preparation, priming (1 coat) and painting (2 coats) of a corrugated metal ceiling and supporting beams. The ceiling is 15 feet (+/-) high and approximately 1,200 SF. Adjoining walls are to be taped and covered with plastic. Scaffolding or lift to be provided by vendor. Work is to be completed in a timely manner since this is an operating firehouse environment. his is a Public Works project and subject to prevailing wage and Public Works guidelines. Vendor must have all appropriate insurance and will provide certificates of insurance prior to starting project.Questions or requests for site visit prior to submitting bid should be emailed to District Administrator at firedistrict@qsfd.com.
