The Contractor will also be called upon to provide one or more employees on an hourly basis for various minor plumbing system renovation, maintenance, improvement or repair projects. The University wishes to obtain a contractor who has relevant experience in institutional work. The contract will cover a period of seventeen (17) months (December 2022 to April 2024). It can be renewed once, for a period of one year, according to the provisions of the contract to this effect. The financial liability limit of the contract is seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000), for a maximum period of twenty-nine (29) months including possible renewals. The contract will cover the following buildings: - Pavillon Alexandre-Taché, 283, boulevard Alexandre-Tache, Gatineau - Pavillon Lucien-Brault, 101, rue St-Jean Bosco, Gatineau - Residences and townhouses, 305 and 315 boul.
