Per the owner, as of October 7, 2024, the status of this project is pending permits. The owner states that they are waiting for the approval letter from the US Army Corp of Engineers to release the invitation to bid. The owner states that there is no construction schedule established at this time. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. .......... Everett Park parking lot and kayak launch ramp design for responsible bidders. Everett Park is a park within the City of Stonecrest along South River, currently used as a Kayak launch location by residents of the City of Stonecrest. City is planning to make improvements to the existing parking lot and construct a formal kayak launching pad at this location. The City is seeking proposals to perform engineering design for improving parking lot, and a formal kayak launching Ramp. City would like to keep the parking lot area as the same and not further increase the impervious area. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
