As of Janauary 24th, 2022, project has not been awarded yet. It is expected to be awarded sometime at the end of this week. Sealed bids are being requested by the Board of Regents of Washington State University, for the above referenced project. Project Scope: This project at the Wegner Hall Facility will renew HVAC and electrical components serving Rooms 320BA, 320B and 310. Demolition and new construction will take place throughout Rooms 320BA, 320B, 310, 300S in front of the elevator and 300 W just outside of Rooms 320BA, 320B and 310 with some work occurring above Rooms 305, 309 and 311, in the mechanical penthouse 400 and on the roof. Electrical work will extend to Room 300SA. General scope includes, replacing non accessible or maintainable HVAC fans, ductwork components, dampers, heating coil, controls, and an obsolete motor control center. The building clients will be required to clear the work areas. Project must be substantially complete by April 16, 2023. Proposals MUST BE based on these Contract Time constraints. Project is located at 1505 NE Stadium Way, Pullman, WA 99164.
