A copy of this completed, independent energy audit report, a complete 24-month history of the most recent utility bills for all utilities serving each District facility within the scope of this RFP (electric, natural gas, fuel oil, water, sewer, propane, etc.) It is mandatory that a Proposer conduct at least one facility inspection of each facility listed in this RFP to be considered an eligible Proposer responding to this RFP. The District reserves the right to reject Proposals that are not received at the time and in the manner designated by this RFP. Any and all Proposals may be rejected if deemed by the District to be in its best interests.
