Tenafly Public Schools ("District") is seeking Proposals from qualified Energy Service Companies for the planning, development and implementation of an Energy Savings Plan through an Energy Savings Improvement Program pursuant to the Energy Savings Improvement Program Law, P.L. 2009, c. 4, N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-4.6 and N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-42. A copy of this completed, independent energy audit report, a complete 24-month history of the most recent utility bills for all utilities serving each District facility within the scope of this RFP (electric, natural gas, fuel oil, water, sewer, propane, etc.) It is mandatory that a Proposer conduct at least one facility inspection of each facility listed in this RFP to be considered an eligible Proposer responding to this RFP. The District reserves the right to reject Proposals that are not received at the time and in the manner designated by this RFP. Any and all Proposals may be rejected if deemed by the District to be in its best interests. Proposers are required to comply with the affirmative action requirements set forth in P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27). The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
