Midtown Health Center, Inc. is hereby requesting proposals from qualified subcontracting firms to provide services for the proposed additions and renovations to the existing building in Norfolk, Nebraska (“the project”). Midtown Health Center hereby invites interested qualified subcontractors to submit sealed proposals to the request for proposals (“RFP”) for the renovation and proposed additions to the existing building. Only such proposals that have been received by J.H. Hespe Construction via email or in person, by the time and date listed above will be considered. Following the opening of proposals, the proposals will be evaluated, the subcontractors ranked in order of preference, and a contract negotiated and approved according to Midtown Health Center’s Board policy. Midtown Health Center reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received that are not deemed to be in the best interests of the agency. Midtown further reserves the right to cancel or amend the RFP and contract documents at any time and will notify all persons requesting qualification/proposal documents accordingly
