For the Germantown Middletown pike bridge reconstruction For bidders preferring to submit paper bids, the bidder is responsible to contact the office of the Montgomery County engineer to make arrangements for pickup and payment of bid documents. Bidders shall allow the county up to three business days for printing of paper bid documents. Paper bids are then to be submitted in a sealed envelope to the purchasing department at the aforementioned address. Pursuant to section 153.54, et seq.
