Sagamore Children's Psychiatric Center, located at 197 Half Hollow Road, Dix Hills, NY 11746, is seeking to upgrade their facility auditorium. The auditorium is currently in poor operating condition and in need of a replacement. The auditorium serves as an area of therapy and recreation for patients on a regular basis. The space is also utilized for regular program activities, as well as various special events. Below is a summary of the work that needs to be completed: The current system includes one (1) 7200 Lumen WUXGA Laser Projector (ceiling mounted above booth), using the existing screen. The projected image does not fill the existing screen because the aspect ratio doesn't match the aspect ratio of the projector, so the projected image will be 168" wide x 105" high. The proposed system includes one (1) Digital Presentation System which provides AV presentation, control, and signal routing for room. Also included is one (1) rack mounted Blu-ray player, Bluetooth receiver, three (3) wireless hand microphones, one (1) wireless head-worn mic, one (1) wireless lectern mic and one (1) audio DSP. Video sources include one (1) rack mounted AUX VGA and HDMI input, one (1) AUX VGA and/or HDMI switching wall plate, and one (1) stereo audio wall plate mounted in the existing stage wall box. The system audio will be provided by amplifier, two (2) wall mounted front speakers and two (2) wall mounted side speakers. The system control of all video and audio functionality will be provided by a desk mounted 7" control touch panel installed in the control room. All equipment will be mounted in an 18 RU equipment rack located in the control room. Work is to be completed during normal business hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:00PM. OMH reserves the right to evaluate and/or reject all bids, in whole or in part, and to waive or modify technicalities, irregularities, and omissions, or solicit new bids if, in the agency's sole judgment, the best interest of the State will be served. Following contractor selections and prior to signing a contract, OMH reserves the right to further negotiate cost or other specifics. OMH reserves the right to bar any subject individual from performing contract services under this Agreement in the event that such individual fails to meet the requirements set forth herein. OMH may terminate the Agreement for cause immediately in the event that CONTRACTOR is unable to provide services to the OMH facility
