Description

Site work and renovation of a military facility in Kodiak, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Project includes repair of the Liquid Oily Waste System (LOWS) Facility Containment Wall at Base Kodiak. Construction includes: a. Increasing the secondary containment at the LOWS Facility by relocating existing tank, install new concrete basin with sump, install impermeable layer to existing Basins 1 & 2, install rain gutters and all incidental related work. b. Excavation, removal, and proper disposal of contaminated soil. c. Optional item, remove & demolish existing tank "C", replace in kind. d. Optional item, install new concrete pad in unloading area
