Demolition, site work, remodeling, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Marion, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility.
As of June 2023, construction has begun. Construction is expected to be completed in August 2024. Method of Delivery: Kraus-Anderson Construction Company has been pre-selected as the Construction Manager/Contractor by Litchville-Marion School District to facilitate the construction of the school addition and renovation at Marion, ND. 1. This project consists of demolition of an existing multi-story school wing, renovation of the existing school and new additions for high school, middle and elementary schools with a combined area of approximately 53,000 square feet. 2. The work will be constructed in one (1) phase in accordance with the Project Schedule. 3. The herein referenced documents will enable your firm the opportunity to submit a detailed proposal. We look forward to receiving your Proposal and would like to extend our appreciation for your participation in advance of receiving your proposal on the enclosed Bid Form.
