The Rural Municipality of Arm RIver, No. 252 invites tenders for reconstruction of 4.9 kilometers of Primary Grid Road located N 22,23,24-25-27 W2. Original copies of the successful Bidders bid documents and bonding shall be provided as soon as practicable. The Rural Municipality further reserves to itself the right to reject any or all tenders. Following are some reasons for which tenders shall be rejected: a. If the bid is not submitted on the tender form furnished by the Rural Municipality or if the tender form is altered. b. If the tender form is not properly signed. c. If the tender form does not show a unit price, in both words and numbers, for every contract item where quantities are indicated. d. If there are any unauthorized additions or erasures or irregularities of any kind which tend to make the tender incomplete, indefinite or ambiguous as to its meaning. e. If the list of equipment is not supplied or the list of equipment is not sufficient to perform the class of work contemplated. f. If the capability form is not completed or the earthmoving capability of the Contractor listed is not sufficient to perform the class of work contemplated by the required completion date. g. If any unit bid price is, in the opinion of the Rural Municipality, unreasonably high or low.
