Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Florence, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 12,000-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Pee Dee District law enforcement office located on the campus of Francis Marion University for the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division. The new building will be 12,000 square feet, with key features including a multi-purpose room, conference rooms and a full kitchen. The building is expected to be completed by spring 2025. As of December 27, 2024, the project broke ground in late August 2024. A design team and general contractor have been identified.
