The Scope of Work includes, but may not be limited to, new retaining wall with permanent shoring, fencing with access gates, asphalt surface parking lot (24 stalls), gravel loading area, planting and repairs at site stair. The estimate for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $1,200,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Technical questions regarding this project must be received in writing no later than 12:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on December 21, 2022, and addressed to purchasing@seattlehousing.org. Each bid must be accompanied by a surety company bid bond, or a certified or cashiers check payable to the order of the Seattle Housing Authority for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the required bid submission date.
