The work to be performed by the Contractor consists of but is not limited to the following: o Concrete repair/maintenance work, remove & replace concrete structures, curbs and gutters, catch basins, spillways, brick paving, sidewalks and driveways; o Ditch/stream cleanout - remove debris, loose material, sediment, silt, vegetation, and trees if needed at culverts & storm drain structures, install rip pap and haul off of unsuitable soil to ensure positive drainage; o Remove & replace existing storm drain pipes and stormwater structures, including asphalt patchwork; o Street maintenance services and misc. construction work, traffic control, and erosion control; o CCTV Storm Drain Pipe Inspection and storm system cleanouts; Questions regarding bids should be directed to Steve Murray, Purchasing Director, at steve.murray@lawrencevillega.org, no later than 3:00 P.M. on December 15, 2022. Bids are legal and binding upon the bidder when submitted. A Certified or Cashier's Check payable to the City of Lawrenceville or a Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid must be submitted with the bid. Successful bidder will be required to furnish a payment and performance bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount.
