Franklin High School 31000 Joy Road Livonia, Ml 48150 EXISTING SITE CONDITIONS The proposed new tennis courts are located within the northeast portion of campus of Franklin High School located at 31000 Joy Road, Livonia, Michigan. The proposed tennis court area is generally grass covered. A small portion of the footprint of the new tennis courts are part of an existing bituminous concrete parking lot. A chain link fence surrounds the tennis courts on the south and east sides. A topographic survey was not available upon completion of this report. However, based on our site visit, it appears the site is relatively level. Surrounding properties are residential in nature.
