The City of Pontiac, IL is inviting sealed Bid Proposals from interested and qualified parties for the 2022 PCC Street Maintenance. This work includes the following: Earthwork, PCC pavement, PCC sidewalk, surface restoration and traffic control. This work shall include all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, transportation, equipment and services necessary and required to perform the improvements as set forth in the Contract Documents. Prospective bidders shall be prequalified by the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT). The successful bidder must comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and all other applicable federal, state and local laws. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of the City of Pontiac, Illinois, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. The City of Pontiac reserves the right to accept or reject any, and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
