Per the above referenced Permit, remove any trees and wood debris as described in the permit and haul away wood and debris unless notified otherwise. Costs of tree removal and site clearing should be included in initial bids. Any additional site clearing or tree removal required during installation must be submitted in writing to and approved by VDH in writing including an additional cost estimate Project Start and End Dates: Estimated project start and completion dates to be provided two (2) weeks prior to the start of the installation/work or within four (4) weeks after issuance of PO (issuance of Notice to Proceed); whichever is earlier Any damage to existing utilities, equipment or finished surfaces resulting from the performance of this contract shall be repaired to the Commonwealth's satisfaction at the contractor's expense. PRECEDENCE OF TERMS- In the event there is a conflict between any of the Special Terms and Conditions and any Construction Terms and Conditions in this solicitation, the Construction Terms and Conditions shall apply. CLARIFICATION OF TERMS: If any prospective (bidder/offeror) has questions about the specifications or other solicitation documents, the prospective (bidder/offeror) should contact the buyer whose name appears on the face of the solicitation no later than five working days before the due date. Any revisions to the solicitation will be made only by addendum issued by the buyer.
