The City of Philadelphia, Department of Commerce, Division of Aviation Seeks Qualified Applicants to Provide Comprehensive Professional Civil Engineering Design and Consulting Services for Specific Projects at Philadelphia International Airport (Phl). This Opportunity Includes Projects in the Airport Capital Improvement Plan for Potential Federal Grant Funding. Dbe Goal = 25% The City reserves the right to add, delete or modify information pertaining to this Notice of Contract Opportunity at any time during the period the Contract Opportunity remains open. The City may, but shall not be obligated to, amend the opportunity period based on the nature of the modification made. Any change to this Notice of Contract Opportunity will appear on this page. No applicant may be awarded a contract unless the applicant completes the application form provided on this website. The application form includes all disclosures (the names of subcontractors the applicant intends to use on the contract, the names of consultants used to assist in securing the contract, certain contributions made by the applicant and such consultants, certain requests made by City employees or officers and certain advice given by City employees) as required by Code Section 17-1402 (1) (b) of the Philadelphia Code. Applicants awarded a contract with the City of Philadelphia must comply with the continuing disclosure requirements of Code Section 17-1402 (1) (e) concerning such contributions made during and after the term of the contract. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
