Renovation of a recreation facility in Piketon, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.
The Pike County Agricultural Society is soliciting proposals to construct a replacement grandstand with a steel roof, press box and foundations for the Pike County Fairgrounds in Piketon, Ohio. The proposal shall be a turnkey system including engineering, foundations, material, fabrication, and installation. The base proposal shall accommodate seating and ADA spaces for exactly 2,000 patrons, no more, no less. The structure and foundations shall be designed and installed with a roof with green steel roof panels. An 8'x12' press box with a single side entrance set at the rear of the grandstand shall be included. Demolition, electrical work and permit are by the owner. Project completion date is July 1, 2023 with all work 100% complete. $500/Liquidated damages.
