Closing Time: 2:30 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 7 addendum issued for this project. ** Question Acceptance Deadline Dec 06, 2022 02:30 PM NST Questions are submitted online Yes Ground level (Water Street) and 6th floor renovations of existing office space in the Sir Humphrey Gilbert Building. o New carpet & paint throughout o Replacement of 2 blinds o New data and power cabling for proper operation of new workstations o Renovation of existing kitchen on the 6th floor to include fridge and ice machine provided by CRA o Existing kitchen on basement level (Water St) to be made accessible if it does not currently meet accessibility requirements. Minimize work to be completed. o Removal of several interior walls which may impact sprinkler, lighting and HVAC systems o Removal of existing showers on the 6th floor By submitting our response to this solicitation, we confirm that we have read and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this ITT, and we agree to provide, upon request, all documentation without modification as defined in this ITT. BGIS reserves the right to reject our submission should BGIS fail to receive the required documentation.
