All quantities presented in this specification are estimates and shall be confirmed by the Contractor prior to submittal of their bid. The Owner expects to proceed with the Project immediately after satisfactory acceptance and award of the construction bid and execution of the contract, with completion of all work within 180 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed
