Site work and paving for a civil project in Bremerton, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
**As of January 10,2023, project was awarded to Nordvind Company , awarded amount is $1,043,982.85.** The contract consists of work to be completed within 150 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (anticipated January 2023) and consists of civil site development improvements within the Port of Bremertons Olympic View Industrial Park. Improvements generally consist of roadway construction and water, sanitary, and stormwater utility installation as further described in the project bid manual. Project addenda will only be issued to plan holders registered with Soundwest by direct email request. Only local exchanges registered with Soundwest will receive project information. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit made payable to the Port of Bremerton, for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory payment and performance bonds within the time stated in the Contract Documents, the bid deposit/bond shall be forfeited to the Port of Bremerton.
