Renovation of a library in Fulton, New York. Working plans call for the renovation of a library.
As of February 14, 2023, there were no bids and the Library is assessing its options. The work involves two rooms as a single contract to included, in general, carpentry, cabinetry, painting, and flooring with limited plumbing, heating and electrical. The building is owned by the City of Fulton and Wicks Law applies including New York State prevailing wage rates and related requirements. A Bid Bond as certified check or other form acceptable to the Owner for 5% of the bidder's total base bid will be required and 100% Payment & Performance Bonds will be required of the selected contractor.
